Military Education: Divided into candidate training that transforms civilians into officers and NCOs, and refreshment training that develops servicemen and women’s capacity to perform their military duties.
Human Resources Development: Divided into professional military education and capability development education. Professional military education cultivates military experts capable of spearheading the efforts to establish a technologically intensive military structure, and capability improvement education focuses on increasing the values of officers in their respective areas of expertise, interest and potential.
Unit Training: Divided into individual training and group training aimed at fostering combat capabilities.; Development of IT-based scientific training systems to maximize the integrated capabilities of various components on the battlefield.
