Vice Defense Minister meets with key official in Australia to promote bilateral defense and defense industry cooperation

Vice Defense Minister Kim Seon Ho visited the Australian Department of Defense and met with Andy Cann, acting head of the Naval Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group (NSSG), in the afternoon of July 10 (Wednesday). Vice Minister Kim and Cann exchanged views on the new complex security threats facing the world and discussed how to implement bilateral defense and defense industry cooperation in the future.

On the same day, Vice Minster Kim visited the Australian National University (ANU) and met with Vice President Lachlan Blackhall and exchanged views on expanding advanced defense technology cooperation between the two countries.

At the July 11 conference, Vice Minister Kim met with Graham Edwards, acting head of the Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG), who attended the conference to give a congratulatory speech and discuss ways to strengthen bilateral defense and defense industry cooperation.
