Ceremony and street march held for the 76th anniversary of the Armed Forces

[Armed Forces Day]

To commemorate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the Armed Forces, a ceremony and street march were held on October 1 in a festive atmosphere, with enthusiastic public participation. The military showcased its formidable strength, while attendees waved national flags and expressed their confidence, support, and encouragement.

Notably, the military demonstrated its capability and readiness to respond decisively to enemy provocations. Ultra-powerful ballistic missiles and major weapons of Korea’s military were unveiled, along with advanced systems such as the ROK 3K defense and manned-unmanned collaborative combat systems. In the sky, elite fighters and a formation by the Black Eagles showcased their prowess. For the first time, national heroes and their bereaved families participated in a car parade and received the highest honors. People and soldiers marched together holding national flags, which inspired a sense of national security and boosted morale. Various events held with the theme “Strong Armed Forces Go Together with People,” are depicted in these photos.
