ROK-Mongolia vice defense ministers hold a bilateral meeting on the sidelines of ｢Seoul ADEX 2021｣

On Wednesday, October 20, Vice Minister of National Defense Park Jae-min held a bilateral meeting with his Mongolian counterpart Bayarmagnai Batsukh, who was visiting the Republic of Korea (ROK) to participate in the ‘Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition 2021 (Seoul ADEX 2021),’ at which they discussed the pending issues between the two countries in the area of the defense industry, as well as defense exchanges and cooperation.

Park expressed his appreciation for the continued joint military training and military education exchanges, centering around regular meetings between the defense authorities of the two countries. Significantly, Park expressed his gratitude to the Mongolian government for its active support, including the fact that the Mongolian government expressed an immediate willingness to join the ROK government’s process to push for a quarantine and public health cooperation system in Northeast Asia.
