Three brothers’ close brotherly affection and special love for the Marine Corps becomes a popular subject of conversation.

Heroes of this impressive story are Sergeant Cho Ho-Jin, 22, and his twin brothers Private First Class Cho Yeong-Jin and Beom-Jin, 20, who belong to the information and communications battalion, the 1st Marine Division. They have been together since the twins were stationed in the unit where their older brother was working after the recruit training.

They have been carrying out their duties as relay operators in the unit.

The older brother was chosen as an exemplary Marine for his superior ability and received a certificate of award from the divisional commander. The twins also got a nickname, Combat-Signal Soldier as they showed their exceptional capability in Marine Warrior, the combat soldier raising program that is required to complete as well as in military occupational specialty after being stationed in the unit.

Their unusual love for the Marine Corps started when the eldest brother. Sergeant Cho, joined the 1173rd Marines to change his passive character, and the twins volunteered to join the Marine after seeing their brother meet new challenges and behave actively.

“I hope my brothers carry out their mission perfectly and grow as members of the strong military. I have several months before being discharged, but I’ll keep hardening myself to raise the honor of the Marine Corps,” said Sergeant Cho.
