Military distributes more COVID-19 vaccinations in preparation for a COVID-19 spike in the winter

The Ministry of National Defense will provide additional COVID-19 vaccines for four weeks for the winter, from November 28 (Mon) to December 23 (Fri), in accordance with the health authorities' plan to expand vaccinations.

During the winter season, the military will provide additional vaccinations at 87 military inoculation sites, including military hospitals. As there will be three varieties of mRNA-2 vaccines (Moderna's or Pfizer's BA.1-based and Pfizer's BA.4/5-based), soldiers who have completed their basic vaccinations will be inoculated according to their wishes. These are the same vaccinations that are being used in the private sector.
