V2k의 개요. V2k는 개인사찰 공작중에 하나로 전파공작을 말합니다. 정보기관의 개인사찰 공작은 1960년대 중앙정보부 창설이후 부터 본격화됩니다. 개인사찰 공작의 대상은 사회에 침투해 있던 고정간첩 및 불순세력들었습니다. 주로 집단스토킹 방식의 공작이었던 것이 80년대 부터 v2k전파공작이라는 뇌파공작으로 바뀌게 됩니다. 이 때 부터 정보기관은 창조주 신이됩니다. 정보기관이 신 노릇을 하면서 각종 종교세력을 휘하에 거느리고 개인공작을 시작하게 되었습니다. 그런데 90년대 부터 정부는 남북공동선언을 하면서, 북한과 연대를 하기 시작합니다. 북한과 연대하면서 그동안 경계했던 간첩세력들을 비호하기 위해서 엉뚱한 사람들에게 장난치며, 횡포를 일삼기 시작합니다. 간첩세력 대신 희생양이 필요했던 정보기관의 타켓은 무고한 시민들이었습니다. 이제 더이상 이런 야만적인 횡포는 용납하면 안됩니다
